I really, really need to remember to post to this account as well as to bakurabox . Dude, seriously. I've been writing a lot lately, and I mean, a lot. Mainly Death Note though. Love that fandom, to be honest. So much to work with there.

Currently writing Utter Nonsense, which is going over well. Writing that with ShaCha, Compy and Lerena. It's almost done, and we already have a sequel planned and somewhat in the works. We're hoping to make a whole series from it, really.

I'll update this again later when I'm not so damn tired. I'll remember this time, I swear.

Yeah. I'm behind here, apparently. Oops.
I've posted up some new fanfiction on Fanfiction.net, for anyone whos' stalking me there and wishes to know how I'm doing on that end of the stick.

Right now I'm writing Shacha a oneshot, which you can read about on my other LJ,

bakurabox In other news, I posted a oneshot for Mina, Pretty in Pink. It's a Siblingshipping, and my first in that particular pairing. >>;

Not much else to say about that thought.

Okay, so don't kill me. I didn't finish Hot Chocolate yet, though I did try. Some technical difficulties came up, and now I just plain haven't figured out what's next yet.

I'm not working on Tangled for a while. That needs to stew some more and work itself out. However, I did post a random BakuraxMai oneshot the other day.

I have been eliminated from the fanfiction contest in which I was involved, as I'm sure at least a few of you were aware of. This frees up an immense amount of time. ~~It also lets me be lazy.~~

I had a new idea for a fanfic and ShaCha is beta-ing it for me, but I won't be posting that for awhile. I want to be at least two chapters ahead of the posting at all times, so I don't fall behind.

I think you'll like it. ;D

I also finished writing Like a Stained Glass Window. So that's entirely complete.

Merry Christmas, happy holidays, all of that crap.

On to business. I have detailed my Christmas antics under bakurabox and feel no need to go over them again.

Four chapters of Like a Stained Glass Window are up, and it shall soon be ending. Not much left for the Liar King to kill off now that all the world's heroes are dead and dying.

Such morbidicity. Hahaha. Anyway, yeah. I'll be posting that up soon for your entertainment, then finish working on Hot Chocolate. For the love of all things holy, do not fail me now brain, lack of sleep is no reason to be slacking now!

Yeah. So. I, er, kinda fell off the earth, huh?

Well, Hot Chocolate is kinda, er, lagging? Yeah. I'm still writing day 13, and it's day 19 now. Hahahahaoops. I promise that the entire thing will be done by January 5th at the latest and be damned if I don't.

I also did some work today on Heroine, with help from Shadow-Chan, so I may possibly be updating that soon. Haha, Yuugi's a girl.

Oh man I'm so dead and fuck if I don't know it. XX; Pardon my language, I'm a little out of it and wondering if maybe I should go to bed or something 'cause hell. I don't know where my brain is right now, kiddies.

I also did some work on Tangled, which I didn't post up here yet in that entry that holds chapter 2.

Muse wants to write a Bakura something now called Strings, and I dunno what'll come of that.

Recently I posted Flippantly, featuring Mai and Otogi, the little pyro. It's been up for a while now, so I'm sure you know of it already anyway.

Kyeh.

And now I'm off back to my private hell with music to work on stuff for you guys until my fingers bleed from overwork and the bone is showing.

Hell, I'm getting morbid.

Yes, I am still in Compy's contest. Matter of fact, I posted FairyTales last night as my entry.

And because it was MaixDuke, I am now in love with that pairing as well. Meaning, I now wish to do another fic featuring them as children, much like I did with FairyTales.

Actually, Mai is kind of fun to write that way, really. :D

Sadly, I am bad at planning, and I'm currently neck (more like tips of my ears) deep in a quagmire as it is. 24 one shots, one a day, (21 left, actually) and Compy's contest leaves me no time to write the flippantshipping. It makes me sad.

But! I will get them all done eventually!

I finally updated BrowniePoints, for anyone who cares. It's a special YGO:TAS Cameo chapter. LittleKuriboh, Kroze, and Omega all make appearances, as well as six unnamed people. Go ahead and check it out. It's not too bad, and I tried to keep my normal BP humor throughout the shortness as best I could.

Other n' that, nothing new to report.

Tangled, chapter 3

"Your web tangles ever the more," warned the fly. "Be careful, Mistress Spider, lest it knot!"
"You speak all in riddles and rhymes." A breath. "But all in good time, sir fly, you will be mine."
He smiled at his spidery foe. "Yes indeed, my Lady; I know."

A few weeks before...

~~The sunlight filtering through the blinds of the window hit Bakura squarely in the face, and he winced, opening his eyes. Sitting up slowly, and shifting to get out of the sun, he yawned.~~

They'd obviously trussed the children up in an attempt to make them look cleaner, Bakura decided, watching the group. It made sense though. The cleaner the children looked, the more likely a potential parent would adopt a child. He turned to watch a girl in the corner, the only one not completely entranced by his presence. The other children had all behaved, like drones, talking to him, trying to play with him, but she, her nametag read Sydney, had completely ignored him all day in favor of a ragged bear she held close to her. The fact that she had effectively shut him out both intrigued and irritated him.

Waving away one of the younger children, he slid over to where she sat, talking to her bear. He didn't say anything, waiting to see what she'd do.

It felt like an eternity before she looked up at him. It was really only a minute or two, but still. It felt like an eternity. Which made him gag mentally because thinking that made him sound like a cheesy hallmark card, the ones Ryou liked to moon over when they went shopping. He slapped himself mentally before giving her his full attention.

"You've been ignoring me all day. It's annoying."

She stared at him. "...Your hair is stupid."

He choked, at a loss for words. This was entirely new to him. Ryou liked his hair, why did this kid think it was stupid? And who was she to say so anyway! Brat!

"Yours is stupider," he answered, aware of just how childish he sounded.

"Is not!"

"Is too."

"Not!"

"Too."

"Not!"

"Too," he said smugly as she frowned.

"You're mean."

"Obviously." He suddenly smiled."You're the one." A blank stare was all he got.

The beginning

Okay. If you're here, I'll assume that you want to read some fanfictions by me, right?

Good. You're a loser if you don't, but that's irrelevant.l Really. :D

Anyway, I'm currently only going to be writing Tangled in here. At least, Tangled is the only story here that will actually be considered "updated" here on a regular basis. Anything else I randomly write in here, and I can guarantee a few things will sneak in here on me, will not be "updated" on a regular basis and will only be tidbits and pieces of things I'm ever working on, thinking of working on, or pretending to want to write but won't actually come out.

Ya.

The first chapter is already posted on FF.net, so, go there to read it, I'm not going to repost it here. But everything after that will be on here.

Am I making sense? No? Good.

That's about it for now. I'll be working on it here starting tomorrow, and I suggest checking back in every so often just to see if I updated here or at least mention it.

Chances are, if I updated/dangle a piece of it here for you, then it'll be updated soon on FF.net. And I'll take the time to inform you here if there'll be delays or such nonsense in updates on FF.net.
